Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item and you have not contacted us before this date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If not possible, please us similar packaging in terms of size.

To complete your return, please send an email to info@sharonwoodsvegan.com with the order number and the new requested item or request for a refund. You will receive follow up steps by email in order to complete the refund or exchange. You will have to send back the item within 14 days after contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

There are certain situations where no refund is possible or only partial refunds are granted: 
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after receiving the item

There are certain situations where no exchanges are possible:
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after receiving the item

- When the requested exchange item is not in stock, in that case a refund can apply

Exchanges
As we work with an on demand model, most likely it is possible to exchange your item for an alternative model or size, however we cannot guarantee availability. 

To complete your return, please send an email to info@sharonwoodsvegan.com with the order number and the new requested item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and the availability of the requested item:
- If approved and the item is available, then your exchange will be processed. 
- If approved and the item is unavailable, then a refund will be processed (see refunds for the procedure).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied (minus initially payed shipping costs) to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
The above policy also applies to sales items. 

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
